Field days were created to provide attendees with relevant sports field training to help manage sports field assets in the safest and most effective manner, sharing best practices, viewing new technologies and products and allowing sports field professionals to connect with one another.  It is a sports turf interactive learning day and yes, we do beg for sunshine for our field days.

The requirements of supporting a Sports Field Training Day include:

• Providing a location for a full training day which will allow for indoor presentations & exhibits, outdoor demonstrations and exhibit areas, a variety of sports fields (baseball, soccer, synthetic, cricket, football, etc), and a lunch eating area 
• Staff to set-up and dismantle areas for event – i.e. tables/chairs, garbage, signage, field prep 
• Supporting event with organizing committee representative(s) (for location logistics) leading up to event
• Staff support on day of event for training and organization assistance
• Staff attendance at event (discounts apply for hosting)
• Assistance with promoting the event to your suppliers and surrounding municipalities.
• Time to attend organizing committee meetings (2-3 approx for 1 hour long) and to review event specifics as they come up (i.e. demonstration requests)
