Provide opportunity for both mentors as well as mentees to apply to the program.

Match mentors with mentees. Provide notification to both in regards to program. Define best way to connect and stay connected. Define timeline for connection. Set expectations of 1 on 1 sessions. Provide tamplate for topics for sessions. Set goals for tracking & final report.

Program Resources - We're here to help!

Keeping the program accountable Program Resources Reporting Supporting with sourcing other experts, where needed. Sample topics of discussion will be provided. Challenges will be suggested.

Reporting - Keeping the program accountable

Twice in year will have report on status of sessions. STC will do follow-ups in between sessions to assist. End of sessions full report with suggestions for change.
