Looking for Sports Field Maintenance Training?

This full day on-field event brings together sports field professionals across the province for field management & maintenance training, networking with others and to view products and services available to the industry. Come see sports turf management supplies and equipment options up close. This event is outdoors, on the sports fields. The day runs from 7:30am to 2:30pm. and it's talked about for years after!

OUR DAY INCLUDES

Sports field maintenance presentations and demonstrations
Connecting with the suppliers and vendors who serve our industry
Speaking with field management experts in the industry
Meeting other sports turf professionals who do what you do
On-field demonstrations such as (dependent on suppliers / vendors)
- infield grooming and maintenance
- robotic / autonomous equipment
- various cultural practices (mowing, aerating, topdressing, overseeding, etc.)
- track maintenance
- line painting
- testing and trying equipment
- fertilizer best practices
- use of tarps / covers
- irrigation understanding
- battery operated tools and equipment
- artificial turf maintenance techniques

7:30am	Registration and networking with beverages & snacks
8:30am	Welcome and Educational presentations
9:30am	On-field demonstrations including such options as (dependent on suppliers / vendors): Fertilizing strategies Insect damage management Track maintenance Line painting Cultural maintenance practices (topdressing, aerating, thatch control, overseeding, etc) Area repairs Equipment displays, use & set-up Battery operated tools Autonomous mowers Tarps and covers Artificial turf maintenance
10:30am	Infield Grooming & Maintenance Clinic
12:00pm	BBQ lunch with Suppliers / Vendors
12:45pm	On-Field Presentations to be confirmed
2:30pm	Thank you for coming, it’s going to be a talked about event!

CANCELLATION

Notice of cancellation received by Sports Turf Canada no later than 10 calendar days before the event date will receive a complete refund less a $50 processing fee. Those who register but do not attend will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may send a replacement in your place, provided written notification with replacements name and email is sent before the event begins. Registrants will receive a full refund should the event be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to conditions beyond our control. Registrants are required to reach out to Sports Turf Canada by phone or email to cancel a registration or to resolve payment or refund concerns.
